Fat to fit Thursday








Did you know that in order to lose weight and maintain at your goal weight you need to walk at least 32km a week. Currently I am at 31.77km; I usually average 5km a day walking (incidental exercise). I sometimes do extra walking- like walking the dog.

This week I've felt more energetic and motivated to do more exercise. I still feel like I'm not doing enough. I will have plenty of time in the next few weeks as the school term concludes and school holidays will provide me with more free time. I've been recording my workouts and pedometer for the last week including my measurements which I will add to my awesome table after work.

Measurements
Waist: 69cm (at smallest part)
Hips: 80.4cm (on hip bone)
Bust: 87cm
Arms: Right 26cm Left 27cm (26.5cm avg of both 1cm difference between left and right)
Thighs: Right 51cm Left 50cm
