Fatty Fin to Skinny Minnie started to make me more accountable for my weight loss. I am two years on from making this 2nd decision to lose weight - this time with Weight Watchers. I am currently 2kg over goal. I'm not too unhappy about that as I am maintaining that weight not gaining.
I am a 30 year old woman, I work in a local High School as a Classroom Teacher of Information Technology (computing) and English. My partner and I of ten years are renovating our home. We have been doing this for a year now and am looking forward to the end.
I have lost over 25kg since 2008 and kept most of it off. I am a shorty at 155cm tall and between 50 and 52kg.
This is a blog to give me some motivation on my lifestyle change. I say no to dieting it is a whole lifestyle change!
My changes: eat cereal, fruit and toast for breakfast, eat more vegies including salads, cut out junk food, change eating habits, run/walk at least 5km everyday (doing C25K), ride bike every week, do daily workout/ other exercise daily, drop dress size (be a size 8-10), increase muscle tone, Loose body fat: Currently 54kg 26.8BF.
This list will surely grow as I include other aspects of my life.
