30 minutes in 30 days

I am hoping a challenge will get me back my motivation.

My aim is to do at least 30 minutes of activity each day. This challenge is to make me liable to getting in at least my recommended 30 minutes of exercise a day. I won't be able to bank unused activity to another day.

At the moment I am nowhere near doing 30 minutes of sustained activity. I do walk pretty close to 10000 steps in my job as a High School Teacher but I need to up my fitness as I have let it fall on the wayside. I generally feel better when I exercise, So that it my challenge.

So over the next 30 days I will:
  • Do 30 minutes of sustained exercise.
  • Exercise if missed cannot be made up on other days.
  • More then 30 minutes is a bonus
  • Track all exercise
  • Keep track of pedometer recordings.
  • Keep up my fluids
  • Keep record of reps and times using my  NEW shiny interval timer
  • Be accountable!
I am going to record on this table my daily exercise but post into a more detailed update at the end of the week. I might even have photos.
