 I have been skiing a number of times - twice at Perisher, one at Queenstown New Zealand and in 2008 for Christmas in Whistler, Canada. I Ski I don't snowboard I have tried it in New Zealand and failed epically. I think next time I will get a 2 day pass then sit in a nice warm pub or cafe with a good book for the other.
