WHAT SIMPLE CHANGES CAN YOU MAKE TO BETTER YOUR LIFE?
- Add more fibre to your diet - Change your bread or cereal
- Snack on fruit of vegetables not processed food
- Slowly reduce your sugar intake
- Eat healthy oils
- Add extra vegetables into dishes like spaghetti, lasagne, pasta sauces you won't even notice after time
- Avoid shopping on an empty stomach
- Park your car further away in the shopping center car park
- Invest in a pedometer
- Drink green tea instead of coffee
- Eat smaller meals
- Up your water intake
WHAT I DID LAST WEEK:
- I rode 23.26km Cross Country Mountain Biking @ Daisy Hill on Sunday 31st October
- Monday - Friday I ate fruit instead of processed snacks
- Wednesday - Went for a 5km walk with my partner and dog
CHANGES I'M MAKING THIS WEEK:
- Do more exercise
- Eat more whole foods instead of processed foods
- Watch portion sizing
- Eating fruit and vegetables instead of processed snack foods

My Aim this week:
- Is to drink less and exercise more.
- I am limiting myself to 2 alcoholic drinks on 2 days a week.
- Do more free weight training
- Start running
- Walk the dog
- Ride more
