10 Bench dips
10 V Abs on mat
20 alt lunge with shoulder raises *
30 jump rope weighted *
10 Tricep kickbacks *
10 Back lunge and Triceps L+R *
50 standing mountain climbers *
10 Seated Inner Thigh stretch L+R
30 Scissor Abs
