These school holidays I was supposed to a hell of a lot of exercise. That has not happened. I have done a few days of exercise but nothing like I wanted. Yesterday I did go for the 2nd run of my holidays and the last until next week at least. I had an embarrassing fall on bitumen in front of a lady with a little dog. I had a fall crossing a road as my dog Sledge saw the little dog he crossed in front of me and I promptly fell on the bitumen. I managed to run/ walk the rest of the way with blood pouring from my hands and knees. It was so embarrassing as I fell on a main road; also in front of the lady with the dog and a guy in a ute who even pulled up to see if I was okay. I was more embarrassed than injures at that time. It wasn't until we got home that I realised my injuries were worse than I thought. I have gravel rash on my left knee and skinned knuckles and bruises everywhere. This I suppose is karma for laughing at my sister-in-law who walked into my bright red car earlier in the week. Maybe I shouldn't run in public. LOL!

What I'm up to this coming week:
I am back to work next week and back to a normal routine. Soon our house will be finished and we can move back in. Then I can truly get back and focus on losing weight again.

to do this week:
- Write your inspiration list
- Post your before photos
- Find something that inspires you and post it.
- Move more; Make “YOU” time by getting in more active activities than this week. It shouldn't be too hard to do this.
- Try something new - it might be a new activity, food or something you've always wanted to try.
- Make obtainable short term goals and stick to it.
- Eat more vegetables and protein.
- Cut down on sugar
- Start OcSober (see link below)

Aw no you poor thing! I have been well and truly off the ww plan this week as I'm on school holidays too. It is so much easier to stay on track with the routine of school! I hope you feel better from your fall soon.
