Friday Fitness - Renewed motivation (delayed post)

 
Since Diminishing Lucy is no longer doing her Fat to Fit meme - I thought I still needed one where I could record all my fitness and diet related activities.  So I have come up with Friday Fitness with Adalita (Me), So I hope you will hop on the blog train and tell me about your achievements or troubles in relation to fitness and diet.

Hey guys how was your week? I hope you did lots of exercise! 
I did and it is showing on the scales 53.8kg this morning. 

Last night I went out to dinner to a Moroccan restaurant called Mecca Bah in Broadbeach. It was delicious; we had a banquet menu to share.The Spicy Lamb and Pinenut Boureks were the best of all the dishes.

So, this week I have eaten fairly well and even said no to some wine and tipped it down the sink!
I am hoping this renewed motivation leads to more motivation, confidence and weight loss and more muscle tone. 

I have started using the women's health Look Good Naked DVD and book as part of my fitness regime.  It is a really great workout DVD that covers warm up, metabolic, strength and a cool down. I find some of the stretching tricky and I get uncoordinated in some parts. Overall it is a good buy for $49.95.
